About Us
What do we do?
Infrascan360 is a specialist 3D scanning, digital twin and compliance business working across South Australia and Western Australia. We exist to close the gap between scanning providers who deliver accurate geometry but leave the client to interpret it, and inspection providers who understand compliance but capture it manually, one site at a time.
We do both. We capture assets precisely, then structure what we find for the decisions that follow - condition reporting, compliance obligations, maintenance planning and capital cases. The result is a current, defensible record of a portfolio rather than a one-off survey.
Why do we do it?
Most organisations managing ageing buildings and infrastructure face the same problem: the records are out of date, the condition data is inconsistent between sites, and getting a current picture means sending people out again and again.
Infrascan360 resolves that problem. Our 3D scanning and asset compliance and reporting capabilities give asset owners one accurate, current view of their portfolio, and the evidence to act on it.

Compliance Team
Our compliance specialists turn capture into evidence - identifying what matters, against which obligation, and documenting it so it holds up when it's tested.

Alex Zecevic
Building Surveyor and Digital Asset Information Specialist | SA
Alex is a qualified Building Surveyor whose work sits at the intersection of two disciplines that rarely meet in one practitioner: traditional building surveying and digital capture. He applies established surveying principles to the datasets produced by advanced scanning technology, generating building information that is accurate enough to rely on for compliance, maintenance planning and long-term asset management. It is a combination that allows him to see both what a building is and what its owner needs to do about it.
He has delivered digital scanning across a broad range of asset types - commercial, government, industrial and community buildings - producing precise digital records, 3D models and as-built documentation. For asset owners and facility managers, these datasets replace guesswork with a reliable picture of what they hold, supporting better decisions about how their built assets are understood, maintained and managed over time.
Alex's compliance work builds directly on that foundation. He prepares detailed condition, compliance and maintenance reporting that helps clients meet statutory obligations, surface risks early and plan future capital works with confidence, drawing on considerable experience in assessing building elements, identifying defects and recommending practical measures to improve performance and extend service life. He also specialises in essential services, guiding building owners through their responsibilities for fire safety systems, emergency egress, accessibility and ongoing maintenance. Pairing technical building knowledge with digital asset information, his reporting is designed to be clear, accurate and directly actionable.
Scanning & Delivery Team
Our scanning team works across South Australia and Western Australia, including remote and hard-to-access sites - capturing each asset accurately and completely the first time.
Michael
Project Manager | SA
Michael, Director of Enable Project Solutions, leads project delivery for Infrascan360, drawing on more than twenty years managing infrastructure, accommodation and construction projects worth over $250 million across Australia. His focus is the practical side of getting work done on site: access and approvals, mobilising crews and equipment, coordinating around live operations, and working to the safety standards that client sites and public-sector contracts demand. Scanning is only valuable if the capture actually happens, on schedule and without incident - that is the part Michael owns.
Much of his career has been spent on remote and logistically demanding sites, where reaching the location is itself a substantial undertaking. He has led the delivery of large-scale accommodation villages and non-process infrastructure in the resources sector, taking projects from early feasibility through to investment decision and into operation, with a consistent emphasis on safe delivery in difficult conditions. That experience sits directly behind Infrascan360's ability to service dispersed and hard-to-access assets across South Australia and Western Australia — the sites where remote capture delivers the most value, and where many providers simply won't go.
Joshua Betts
Digital Scanning and Asset Information Specialist | WA
Joshua combines construction management, forensic engineering and digital scanning expertise, having worked across the mining, industrial, commercial and government sectors. That range has given him a detailed understanding of complex built environments and, in particular, of what it takes to manage asset portfolios spread across large distances — the situation most of Infrascan360's clients are in. He is equally comfortable on an operating industrial site as in a government building, which matters when the same portfolio contains both.
He has delivered a substantial body of digital scanning work, capturing accurate spatial data and producing digital twins, 3D models and as-built documentation for facilities and infrastructure of many kinds: mining operations, industrial processing plants, accommodation villages, government and commercial buildings, and community infrastructure. Pairing hands-on construction knowledge with current scanning technology, he converts complicated site conditions into dependable digital datasets that clients can plan, maintain, refurbish, certify and budget from — supported by detailed property asset, condition and compliance reporting.
His forensic engineering background gives him an unusual lens on existing buildings. Where a scan records what is there, forensic experience asks why — surfacing defects, asset risks and maintenance liabilities that a purely geometric capture would leave for someone else to find, with close attention throughout to accuracy and data integrity. Asset owners, government agencies, mining operators and private organisations rely on him for exactly that: a clear reading of what their assets are actually doing, not simply what they look like.
Operations Team
Our operations team coordinates each engagement end to end - keeping disruption to occupied sites minimal and delivery consistent across an entire portfolio.
Jade
Marketing & Operations Support | SA
Jade supports Infrascan360 across marketing and business operations, covering brand and visual communications, client-facing collateral, digital content, and the systems and processes that keep work moving behind the scenes. Much of her role has involved establishing Infrascan360's marketing foundations from the ground up - brand materials, document templates, capability collateral and website content.
She brings a depth of business support experience to Infrascan360, with a background in multi-site administration and marketing, handling client liaison, documentation and financial administration alongside branding and creative work.
Dee Ray
Project Coordinator | WA
Dee coordinates the delivery of Infrascan360's digital scanning, building surveying and asset reporting work, managing projects from first engagement through to final reporting. She plans and sequences the workflow, keeps clients informed and holds the quality checks that ensure what's delivered matches what was asked for. Working alongside surveyors, engineers, scanning technicians and asset specialists across government, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, she is the person keeping objectives, timelines and deliverables aligned as work moves between them.
Much of that work is detail-intensive: managing substantial datasets, producing reports, handling stakeholder communication and maintaining project documentation, across property asset reports, compliance assessments, building condition reports and scanning deliverables. Dee is also the consistent point of contact for the duration of a project, which means clients deal with someone who knows their site and their history rather than starting again with each new piece of work.
Lan Zhu
Finance Manager | WA
Lan manages Infrascan360's accounts and invoicing alongside the Operations and business support role, keeping the commercial and administrative side of each engagement running smoothly. For clients, that means clear, accurate invoicing and a straightforward point of contact for anything account-related.
